I dont have any idea about the teachers in america.

Teachers are not using their resporuces properlly to develop them professionally. They don’t pay attention to develop professionalisam in their job. Teacher is going to serve only 30 students in the class. His services are confined to this group in the school. He never taken any responsibilty to built the future of the student completly.

present day teachers are not playing any direct role in the society so they are ill paid.

But is that to do with their qualification or lack of luck for getting into other profession or something else, is not clear. Can we the teachers, not refine our skills in teaching and treat it as a profession. If we can, then just try and grab the higher salary package. Prove your mettle and let the future employer concede to your demand of a higher salary, beacuse in any case every employer wants the BEST.

Thought I would also share with you that all the training programmes that I do that currently rock are based on some ideas shown in the movie. When I am say training – I am referring to the teachers’ workshops, children’s workshops and the adult training for the IT, Banking and Wellness sectors.
